Tamara Koermer, MBA PMP, is an experienced PM specializing in complex organizational change management and construction management (CM). She has worked extensively in both federal and private sectors for clients including Architect of The Capitol, Department of State Overseas Building Office, US Coast Guard, Jacob's Engineering and Stanford Hospital. Having launched her own consultancy, she is currently helping clients grow their CM business in the Western Pacific Region.
