These projects are characterized by multiple influential stakeholders; technical innovations managed across technical teams, and the need to satisfy current and future requirements. These conditions present unique challenges that demand a sophisticated approach to management. This presentation will explore the best ways to address complex projects' challenges through lessons learned from working in the trenches.

Bob has more than 30 years of I/T, project management, business analysis, and operational leadership experience, 18 of those years as a manager in the IBM Corporation. Bob is a certified Project Management Professional and was a certified Executive Project Manager with IBM.
