- Carlos Ortiz - A Data Science expert and Technology Management professional in the Chief Data and AI Office at the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Camp Smith, Hawaii. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in advancing innovation and technology projects that leverage machine learning and artifical intelligence to support predictive modeling, complex data integration, and decision advantage. He will share with us the Project Management considerations, challenges, keys to Technical, Operational and Transition success.
