2022 PDD Roy Panzarella, Ph.D: Leadership in Four Directions (Olelo Cablecast 8/13/2023 - 9/3/2023)
Description: The Master Class, owned by Diamond 6 Leadership and Strategy Consultants, focuses on not only traditional leadership of others (subordinates), but also peer leadership (being led by or leading our peers), leading our supervisor/boss and leading ourselves.
Learning Objectives:
Participants should walk away with a reinvigorated and more informed view of how we lead in four different directions simultaneously. They should also walk away with a sense of curiosity regarding our their own style of leading themselves and a new awareness with respect to how best to guide our bosses.
