Vivian Pham
Community Health Consultant
Kaiser Permanente
Vivian is a Community Health Consultant at Kaiser Permanente. Vivian has a Master's Degree from UC, Riverside, and obtained her PMP in 2017. She's held multiple roles in project and program management in the areas of business, community development, operations, and technology for banks, community-based organizations, government, and healthcare. Vivian previously volunteered for PMI Hawaii for a number of years including a term as Membership Director. She is currently Board Treasurer and chairs the loan committee for Feed the Hunger Fund, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides loans to under-represented businesses in food systems and agriculture. When she’s not actively chasing or feeding her toddler, Vivian enjoys surfing, hiking and delicious food.

Amy Chang
Hawaii State Energy Office, State of Hawaii
Amy is a procurement officer for the Hawaii State Energy Office, where she manages goods and services procurements in support of the State’s work towards 100% clean, renewable energy for Hawaii. Her approach to her work integrates project management best practices with public procurement principles to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of procurements, while still upholding fiscal and ethical accountability to the public.
Amy has over five years of experience in the management of research, product development, and process improvement projects and has been applying those skills in Hawaii state and local government over the last three years. She is a certified PMP and holds a BS from Brown University and an MSE from the University of Pennsylvania.
