Speaker Biography:
Rachel Bambusch is an ASQ certified Black Belt with a diverse background in engineering, management consulting, and operational excellence. She has a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in Civil Engineering and is currently the Performance Excellence Program Manager at HMSA where she utilizes Lean Six Sigma and Change Management to increase quality and organizational efficiency.
