Speaker Biography:

R. Kalani Fronda, CCIM, is a Senior Land Asset Manager in the Community Engagement & Resources Group of the Kamehameha Schools. Kalani has served as a co-manager on the KS’ North Shore Plan which received regional and national accolades from the American Planning Association – 2008 Hawaii Chapter Regional Plan of the Year & the 2011 National Plan of the Year for Innovation in Sustaining Places.

Synopsis:

We as project managers sometimes take comfort in our style. This presentation will challenge you to “break away from your comfort zone”. You will learn how different island cultures approach projects and listen to examples that you could use in the future.
