Speaker Bio: Christian's IT background began in the USAF and transitioned into the civilian sector. He has held IT positions in Help Desk, System Administration, Desktop Engineer, Management and as a Project Manager. He has been employed with the following sectors: Government Contracting, Hospitality & Gaming, Higher Education.
Synopsis: Covering basic fundamentals for project management; material is a combination of text from the PMBOK and real world experience. Its a quick highlight of basic verbiage that is most often used while emphasizing the importance of the follow through of the project manager.
