Speaker Biography:

A champion of process improvement and innovation, Jamie Champagne enjoys culture change challenges that utilize her strong background in business analysis, project management, knowledge management and information technology.  She currently sits as the President of the Hawaii IIBA Chapter and volunteers as the Social Media Coordinator for PMI Honolulu, Hawaii Chapter.

Synopsis:

Project managers are more than just a task manager, schedule keeper and risk mitigator - they are organizational leaders, safely navigating the team to success!  Together, we'll walk through activities that not only strengthen your success as a project manager, but grow leadership into your day-to-day tasks by trying different approaches.  The presentation points will be applicable to PMs, project teams, or those who work with or manage project managers as the focus centers around strengthening your own and others' project management skills such that the outcome is even stronger leadership skills.
